Owner Carol Bearning is a lifelong animal lover with more than three decades of animal training experience. After working with horses for many years, she changed course and began breeding puppies. When it came time to select a breed, she chose the beautiful English Cream Golden Retriever due to their minimal health problems, jolly personality, and ease of training.
Carol has applied her training skills to dogs for the past three years. She even took her first puppy to retirement homes and assisted living facilities to help socialize the dog and bring joy to the residents. This simple act demonstrates Carol’s commitment to sharing the love of these beautiful dogs and her dedication to providing friendly, family-oriented puppies.
As part of Carol’s Golden Retriever breeding program, she donates one puppy from each litter to serve in the Hounds for Heroes program in Cedar Park, TX. The organization is thrilled with Carol’s involvement as they work to provide service dogs and therapy dogs for Veterans.
